Robin Ruesga, Owner

Robin Ruesga was born and raised in Arcadia, California. In 1989 she moved with her family to Northern California where she raised her three children. Robin has lived in the North County since 2004.

She received her initial training in massage therapy at the McKinnon Institute in Oakland, California. This was followed by advanced training at the International School of Professional Bodywork (IPSB) in Pacific Beach, CA, and Vitality College of Healing Arts in Carlsbad, CA. She is licensed, insured and a California Certified Therapist. Robin worked as a massage therapist at Gold Coast Chiropractic in Cardiff, CA. She opened her own practice, “A Quiet Place Therapeutic Massage Spa” within the offices of Dr. Mark Cafagna in July of 2007. These environments were a school in themselves as she worked closely with chiropractic patients and their pain from injury, stress and overwork. Her knowledge and understanding of the skeletal- muscle relationship aids in addressing the needs of her clients. Her range of clientele includes the tri-athlete to stage 4 cancer patients. Her desire to massage has always been to comfort, bless and relate to each client she meets and bring the relief they seek. She is proud of her beautiful spa and the reputation it has for quality and effective massage.

Jaime Martin

Jaime Martin, Massage Therapist

Jaime received her training from Arizona School of Massage Therapy in Tempe, Arizona. Since 2002, Jaime has been highly involved in the educational aspect of massage therapy, as well as the practice itself. She is a well trained and educated therapist with a broad range of skills including swedish, deep tissue, structural integration, myofascial release, trigger point, injury, sports, reflexology, prenatal and cranial sacral therapies. Her passion lies in realigning the body, allowing for maximum range of motion and decreasing pain. She specializes in shoulder, neck and hip injuries, which most of her clients currently are dealing with. She has incredible awareness and respect for the human body and how it is put together, as well as its ability to heal. Jaime also brings a wealth of knowledge regarding essential oils and the chemical compounds that make them healing to the human body. Jaime has a gentle demeanor and heart centered approach that she brings to her profession. You’ll want to book in advance with her. She has many regular clients and stays busy. Do not miss out!

Stacey Adkins

Stacey Adkins, Massage Therapist

We welcome Stacey to our spa as of Dec. 2016.  She is originally from Nashville, Tn. and lives in San Marcos with her husband and 2 children.  She is a graduate of Kaplan University and has many years of working within the spa and chiropractic environment as well as past owner of her own spa locally. Her specialty is true Therapeutic Massage with concentration on neck and back pain/injury. She is trained in a wide variety of modalities which include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Cranial Sacral and Pregnancy Massages.  It has been said she has radar knowledge of where to go.  You can tell she loves being a massage therapist because she puts her heart in every massage.  She is currently part time so book your appt. as soon as possible.  You will be glad you did!
